Overview
At MAALDE, we understand that business needs can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your orders placed through our B2B platform.
Key Point: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Cancellation Eligibility
â Eligible for Cancellation
- Order placed but not yet confirmed
- Payment processing is pending
- Confirmed and paid but not shipped
- Status: "Processing" or "Preparing"
â Not Eligible for Cancellation
- Order has been shipped/dispatched
- Order is in transit with courier
- Order has been delivered
- Status: "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery"
How to Cancel Your Order
Method 1: Through the MAALDE Mobile App
- Open the MAALDE app and log in to your account
- Navigate to "My Orders" section
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Check if the "Cancel Order" button is available
- Click on "Cancel Order" and confirm your cancellation
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation notification
Method 2: Contact Customer Support
If you're unable to cancel through the app, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide your registered business name, mobile number, Order ID, and reason for cancellation.
Important: Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot stop the shipment, and cancellation will not be possible.
Cancellation Timeframe
- Within 2 hours: Cancellation is usually instant if the order hasn't entered processing
- 2-24 hours after placement: May take a few hours as our team verifies order status
- After 24 hours: Depends on whether shipped. Check order status before requesting
We recommend checking your order status in the app before attempting to cancel. If the status shows "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery," the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund After Cancellation
Orders Paid Online (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
- Refund initiated immediately after cancellation confirmation
- Credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days depending on your bank
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Since no payment was made, there will be no refund to process. The order will simply be cancelled.
Credit/Wallet Orders
The amount will be credited back to your MAALDE wallet immediately for future purchases.

Partial Order Cancellation
If your order contains multiple products and you wish to cancel only some items:
- Partial cancellation is possible only if the order hasn't been shipped
- Contact our customer support team with your order details
- Our team will verify if partial cancellation is possible
- If approved, invoice will be updated and partial refund processed
Partial cancellations may not be possible for bundled products or promotional offers.
Cancellation by MAALDE
In certain circumstances, MAALDE reserves the right to cancel your order:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product information error on our platform
- Payment verification issues or failed payment
- Delivery address is not serviceable
- Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of Terms
- Technical errors in order processing
If MAALDE cancels your order, you will be notified immediately via email or SMS. Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
What If Order Is Already Shipped?
If your order has already been shipped and you no longer want it, cancellation is not possible. However, you have the following options:
- Refuse Delivery: You can refuse to accept the delivery when the courier arrives. The package will be returned to us
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team to discuss your situation
Note: All purchases made through the MAALDE Application are final once delivered. We do not offer refunds for delivered products. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Cancellation Fees
Currently, MAALDE does not charge any cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipment. However:
- Frequent cancellations may result in account suspension or restrictions
- Special or custom orders may have cancellation fees (informed at order placement)
- Refused deliveries or returns without valid reason may incur shipping charges
Cancellation of Bulk Orders
For bulk orders or large-value orders, special terms may apply:
- Cancellation of bulk orders may be subject to review by our team
- Some bulk orders may have specific cancellation terms agreed upon at order placement
- Please contact our B2B support team for assistance with bulk order cancellations
