At MAALDE, we are committed to ensuring that our B2B partners have a clear understanding of our refund policy. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
Important: All purchases made through the MAALDE Application are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services once the purchase is completed and delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
No Refund Policy
MAALDE operates on a no refund policy for completed and delivered purchases:
- Once an order has been delivered successfully, no refunds will be provided
- Product returns for refund are not accepted after delivery
- Change of mind or business needs do not qualify for refunds after delivery
- All sales are final once the products have been delivered and accepted
As a B2B platform, we expect our business partners to carefully review product details, specifications, quantities, and pricing before placing orders.
Exceptions to the Policy
While our general policy is no refunds, refunds may be considered in these limited situations:
Order Cancelled Before Shipment
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
Order Cancelled by MAALDE
If MAALDE cancels your order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery issues, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5-7 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
- Report the issue immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours)
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage
- Our team will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund
Wrong Product Delivered
- Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and photos of the received products
- We will arrange for pickup and delivery of the correct product
Payment Processing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times, contact us immediately with transaction details. We will investigate and refund any excess charges.

Approved refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:

Refund timelines depend on your payment provider and bank. MAALDE is not responsible for delays in refund processing by third-party payment providers or banks.
Refund Request Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Reach out via email at support@maalde.in or call +91 9512559905 (Mon-Sat, 9AM-6PM IST).
Step 2: Provide Required Information
- Your registered business name and contact number
- Order ID/Order Number
- Date of order and delivery
- Reason for refund request with detailed description
- Photographic evidence (for damaged/defective/wrong products)
Step 3: Verification and Review
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and may contact you for additional information.
Step 4: Refund Decision
You will be notified of the decision via email or SMS. If approved, refund will be initiated immediately.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Products that have been used, consumed, or tampered with after delivery
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging (unless received damaged)
- Promotional or clearance sale items marked as non-refundable
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Orders placed with incorrect information by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after delivery

To minimize the need for refunds, MAALDE ensures:
- Thorough quality checks before dispatching products
- Secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Accurate product descriptions and specifications
- Professional customer support to address concerns proactively
