Welcome to MAALDE. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the MAALDE mobile application and its related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Service is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the business you represent to this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Please read it carefully for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. Required information includes:

• Personal Details: Name, Mobile Number
• Business Details: Business Name, full Address (Shop No., Area, Pincode, City, State)
• Tax Details: GST Number, PAN Number
• Operational Details: Transport, Agent, MAALDE Executive Contact Number

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

As a B2B platform, compliance with tax regulations is mandatory:

• Your Responsibility: Provide accurate and valid GSTIN and PAN associated with your business
• Pricing: Prices for B2B clients are exclusive of GST, while prices for consumers are inclusive of GST.
• Invoicing: We provide GST-compliant invoices for all purchases

Order Placement

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Pricing and Availability

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Payment

You must provide valid and authorized payment information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in prohibited activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information, including fraudulent tax IDs (GST/PAN)
• Reproducing, duplicating, or reselling any part of the Service without permission
• Using the Service to transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of MAALDE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or providing false information.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MAALDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
