Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Our team will begin processing your order immediately.
Order Preparation
Orders are carefully picked, packed, and prepared for shipment at our warehouse. We ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipment Dispatch
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with:
- Courier partner name
- Tracking number/AWB number
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your shipment

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges depend on:

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most locations across India. However, some remote areas may not be serviceable or may take longer. During checkout, you will be notified if your location is serviceable.
If your location is not currently serviceable:
- Provide an alternative delivery address in a nearby serviceable area
- Contact our support team to check for alternative delivery options
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. Delivery may fail due to:
- Recipient not available at the delivery address
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Refusal to accept the delivery
- Delivery location inaccessible
If all delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Contact support to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).

Please ensure you provide complete and accurate delivery information:
- Complete business name and contact person
- Full address with shop number, area, landmark
- Correct pincode, city, and state
- Active mobile number for delivery coordination
Important: MAALDE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
Order Inspection
We recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery. Please check:
- Package condition for any visible damage
- Product quantity matches the order
- Products are in good condition
If you notice any damage or discrepancies, note it on the delivery receipt, take photographs, and contact our support immediately at support@maalde.in.
