You can track your order directly from the MAALDE app. Go to 'My Orders' section, select the order you want to track, and you'll see real-time status updates. You'll also receive notifications via SMS and email at every stage of delivery.
We accept multiple payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Wallets. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
You can cancel your order from the app before it is shipped. Go to 'My Orders', select the order, and tap 'Cancel Order'. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. UPI refunds are usually faster (2-3 days), while card refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
To update your account details, open the MAALDE app and go to 'Profile' > 'Edit Profile'. Here you can update your name, phone number, email, and business information. For changing your registered mobile number, please contact our support team.
